But something deeper still feels… unresolved.
Because this isn’t about improving who you are.
It’s about recognizing where you’ve been living out of alignment with yourself —
and having the courage to see it clearly.
The women I work with aren’t beginners.
They’re self-aware.
Capable.
Often the ones others rely on.
But underneath that… they feel the quiet disconnect.
Like they’ve outgrown their own life —
and don’t fully know what comes next.
If that’s you, you don’t need more strategies.

Why Guinan?
The name Guinan isn’t random.
Most people recognize it from Star Trek — the quietly perceptive listener who sees what others don’t and offers insight without ever forcing it.
But that character was likely named after Texas Guinan, a 1920s speakeasy owner known for her bold personality, sharp wit, and uncanny ability to read a room. She built spaces where people could drop the act and just be real.
That combination is what this work is built on:
A space where you don’t have to perform,
and where what’s actually going on beneath the surface doesn’t get missed.
